Use this to apply or re-apply for membership with the Whitehorse Film Society.

To apply for membership, just complete and "Submit" this form. You will be sent an email (to the address you gave above) with a copy of your application, our bank details and a reference number to quote. YOU MAY NEED TO LOOK IN YOUR SPAM FOLDER). Then, within 7 days, send payment, preferably by EFT from your on-line bank account) of $55 per person for the full year (or the indicated amount for a shorter period) to our ANZ account:
BSB: 013 384, Acc: 2942 10563. (ANZ), QUOTING THE GIVEN REFERENCE NUMBER. If the payment will be in a different name from the membership name please add a note below.
NOTE that the screenings during winter (Jun, Jul, Aug) will start at 2.00pm, while all others start at 7.45 pm.
If you wish to pay at a screening, pay by cash only please. No cards. Please email us to expect you. Your membership card and receipt will be waiting for you at the screening.
Number of ANNUAL memberships required (Feb - Nov) = All 20 films for $55.00.
